Positioning ของบริษัท เอเชีย เฮอร์บัล คือนำงานวิจัยมาพัฒนาต่อยอดเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ เพื่อส่งต่อคุณค่าจากงานวิจัยสู่มือผู้บริโภค โดยมีนักวิจัยพันธุ์พืชและจุลชีวะ เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีชื่อเสียงเป็นที่รู้จักในระดับนานาชาติ อย่าง ดร.ธวัช ทะพิงค์แก เป็นบุคคลสำคัญในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ซึ่งการสร้างแบรนด์จะไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการสร้างชื่อให้คนรู้จักมากขึ้น หรือกระจายสินค้าให้ถึงมือผู้บริโภคได้มากๆ เท่านั้น แต่การสร้างแบรนด์ของบริษัท คือการส่งต่อความรู้ ความเข้าใจในการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ มาแก้ปัญหาสุขภาพที่คนส่วนใหญ่เป็น โดยเริ่มต้นจากการกินอาหาร
Deroxi คือผู้บุกเบิกน้ำสมุนไพรพื้นบ้าน ให้มามีความสำคัญ ด้วยการพัฒนาวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ ให้มีคุณภาพในระดับ Medical grade ซึ่งพืชทุกชนิดล้วนใช้เป็นยาได้ แต่จะใช้อย่างไร แบบไหน และทำพืชเหล่านั้นให้เป็นเภสัชพฤกษาที่มีคุณภาพได้อย่างไร ล้วนเป็นความท้าทายของการพัฒนาต่อยอดทั้งทาง R&D product และการวิจัยตลาด เพื่อเข้าถึงปัญหาของผู้บริโภค และนำข้อมูลกลับมาศึกษาต่อกับนักวิจัยพันธุ์พืช
เรามักตั้งคำถามว่า เจ้าพืชสมุนไพรเหล่านี้ แต่ก่อนใครๆก็ว่าดี แต่เวลาที่ผ่านไปทุกวัน 10 ปี 100 ปี ของที่เคยดีในอดีต ในปัจจุบันยังดีอีกหรือไม่ เพราะโดยธรรมชาติของพืชมีการ Mutation อยู่ทุกวัน การตั้งคำถามนี้ ทำให้เรากลับมายังต้นทางของการผลิต นั่นคือการพัฒนาสายพันธุ์เภสัชพฤกษาและเห็ด ที่นำมาใช้ในสูตรน้ำสมุนไพรต่างๆ

Deroxi is a pioneer in regaining the recognition of the traditional herbal drink market through the development of raw materials with medical grade quality. Even though all plants can be used as medicine, how do we use them and how do we transform those plants into quality pharmaceutical plants? These are all challenges of further development in both product R&D and market research to assess consumer problems and analyze the data together with plant researchers.

They were once thought to be beneficial, but in terms of the nature of plants, they keep mutating. This has brought us back to the first step of production: the development of medicinal plant and mushroom strains used in various herbal drink formulas.
