คนปกติ1-2 วัน ถ่าย 1 ครั้ง ใช้ 1/3 ของขวด

ขับถ่ายยาก3-4 วัน ถ่าย 1 ครั้ง ใช้ 1/2 ของขวด
ขับถ่ายยากมากกว่า 5วัน ขึ้นไป ใช้ 1 ขวดค่ะ
